US privacy notice
How PhotoPort handles your information in the United States.
This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us provide the service, and the privacy choices available to US customers and visitors.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
PhotoPort is the customer-facing brand for this modelling portfolio service. The service is operated by StingrAI Consultants trading as PhotoPort. You can contact us about privacy at support@photoport.us.
This notice applies to www.photoport.us, the PhotoPort portal, checkout pages, emails, SMS reminders, support conversations, uploaded photos, generated photos, and related customer services.
PhotoPort AI assistance
Typed messages and live voice audio are processed by our AI service provider. Voice processing begins only after you choose Talk with Voice. Typed messages and voice transcripts are stored in one server-side PhotoPort AI conversation, together with a structured summary used to continue naturally across pages, refreshes and communication methods. The browser stores only a signed, opaque essential visitor token; it does not store the conversation or AI memory locally.
Before typed text or a voice transcript is saved or reused as AI context, PhotoPort replaces recognized payment-card numbers that pass card-number validation, common credential and token formats, and clearly labeled passwords, security codes or secrets with fixed redaction placeholders. The same filtering is applied again before saved context is sent to an AI provider. Automated redaction may not recognize every unusual format, so it is a safety measure rather than a reason to submit sensitive information.
Live voice audio reaches the AI provider before a transcript exists, so PhotoPort cannot remove a password, card number, security code or access token from the audio before the provider processes it. Do not type or say those details to PhotoPort AI. The voice warning is shown before microphone access is requested.
If you sign in or create an account in the same browser, the existing conversation is attached to that account without creating a second history. Package recommendations and checkout actions may be connected to the same conversation so PhotoPort AI can continue after checkout. This operational continuity does not depend on optional analytics consent.
Guest conversations that are not attached to an account are deleted after 180 days. An attached conversation remains with the account while needed to provide the service and is erased when the account is deleted.
Notice at collection
We collect the information below so we can provide PhotoPort, keep the account secure, process payments, support you, and improve the service.
| Category | Examples | Why we use it | Who may receive it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and account details | Name, email address, phone number, account login, support messages, and account status. | Create and secure your account, resume setup, send service messages, and provide support. | Authentication, email, SMS, hosting, CRM, and support providers. |
| Photos and image activity | Uploaded selfies, generated PhotoPort images, removed images, approvals, downloads, and gallery activity. | Create your starter photos and portfolio assets, show your results, support retakes, and prevent misuse. | Image generation, storage, hosting, and support providers. |
| Model profile details | Date of birth or age, guardian details when needed, location, height, eye colour, hair colour, shoe size, measurements, preferred work, experience, social handle, and short bio. | Build your model profile, Z-card, portfolio materials, and customer support notes. | Hosting, database, storage, and support providers. |
| Payment and package information | Selected plan, checkout session, payment status, receipt details, Stripe customer references, billing portal activity, and promo code use. | Process payment, apply your package, handle receipts, and support billing questions. | Payment processors including Stripe, hosting, database, and support providers. |
| Device, usage, and security data | IP address, browser, device type, a signed essential device identifier, keyed anti-abuse signals and non-reversible whole-image fingerprints, account-scoped journey and signup-source records, pages visited, approximate location from technical data, server logs, and optional Google Analytics events. The image fingerprints can identify straightforward re-encodes of the same upload, but PhotoPort does not create a biometric or facial-identification template for this check. | Keep the site working, enforce the one-free-starter limit, secure the portal, save setup progress and understand the signed-in account journey in the PhotoPort database, and use optional Google Analytics only after consent, and diagnose errors. | Hosting, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers. |
| Communications | Email opens or replies, SMS reminder status, opt-out records, support notes, and account deletion requests. | Send service updates, reminders, deletion confirmations, support replies, and marketing only where allowed. | Email, SMS, CRM, support, and hosting providers. |

Photos, profile details, and automated image creation
PhotoPort uses automated image-generation technology to create portfolio-style images from the photos you upload. We use your uploaded photos and profile details to provide the service you asked for. We do not use this process to decide whether you can work as a model, get representation, receive credit, get employment, or receive any legal right or public benefit.
We do not sell your uploaded photos, generated photos, profile details, or facial data. We do not use your photos to identify you across other services, and we do not create biometric templates for identification.
Selling, sharing, and targeted advertising
PhotoPort does not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell or share uploaded photos, generated photos, model profile details, payment details, or account content for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand which pages and campaigns work. Analytics only runs after you accept optional analytics cookies. If a state privacy law treats any current or future advertising measurement as "sharing" or targeted advertising, you can reject analytics cookies or email support@photoport.us with the subject "Privacy opt out" and we will honour the request where the law applies.
Your US privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, details about how we use or disclose information, an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limits on sensitive information, non-discrimination for using your rights, and an appeal if we deny a request.
To make a request, email support@photoport.us from the email address on your PhotoPort account. Account deletion is completed by an authorised PhotoPort administrator after we verify the request; there is no customer self-service deletion control. We may need to verify your identity before acting on any privacy request.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, setup, photo, generated image, payment, and support records for as long as needed to provide PhotoPort, meet legal or tax requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or de-identify information we no longer need, except where we must keep limited records for legal, security, payment, or operational reasons.
After account deletion, we may retain one-way keyed hashes of sign-in, device, connection, phone, and uploaded-image signals for up to 365 days solely to enforce the free-starter limit, prevent fraud, and investigate abuse. These records do not contain the original photo, raw IP address, hardware serial number, or a facial-recognition template, and cannot be used to display the original values.
Children and younger customers
PhotoPort is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without the required parent or guardian permission, we will take steps to delete it. Customers under 18 should use PhotoPort with a parent or guardian, and we may request guardian details before creating photos, accepting payments, or allowing continued portal use.
Security and service providers
We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service is perfect, but we limit access, use trusted infrastructure, and work with service providers that help us provide authentication, hosting, storage, payments, image creation, email, SMS, analytics, support, and security.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the service, law, or our providers change. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date.
You can stop promotional PhotoPort emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each promotional message. Necessary account, payment, security, and support messages are not affected by that preference.
