Terms of service

The rules for using PhotoPort.

These terms explain what PhotoPort provides, what customers can expect, what we need from you, and the limits that keep the service clear and fair.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms apply to www.photoport.us, PhotoPort accounts, checkout, uploaded photos, generated photos, Comp Card and portfolio tools, the Casting Suite Contract Check, support, emails, SMS reminders, and related services. PhotoPort is operated by StingrAI Consultants trading as PhotoPort. Contact us at support@photoport.us.

By creating an account, uploading photos, starting a package, or using PhotoPort, you agree to these Terms. If you use PhotoPort for someone under 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or you have the required authority and consent.

What PhotoPort is

PhotoPort helps customers create starter modelling and personal portfolio materials from their own reference photos. Depending on the product chosen, this may include portfolio images, replacement images, extra looks, full-body images, Comp Card support, downloads, sharing tools, setup guidance, and customer support.

PhotoPort is not a modelling agency, casting agency, employer, talent manager, financial adviser, immigration adviser, or legal adviser. We do not represent you to agencies or guarantee paid work, castings, agency signings, travel, income, social growth, or any particular career result.

Modelling, casting, and safety boundaries

PhotoPort may show guidance, source links, casting resources, brand-opportunity resources, or outreach suggestions. These are for discovery and preparation only. We do not screen, hire, manage, represent, book, employ, or negotiate for customers, and third parties make their own decisions.

  • Never pay an upfront fee to apply for modelling, casting, brand, or creator work.
  • Check who is hiring, where the work is, what usage rights are requested, and how payment works.
  • Be careful with vague listings, pressure tactics, text-only or WhatsApp-only approaches, and requests for private documents.
  • Under-18 customers must involve a parent or guardian in PhotoPort, payments, outreach, casting, travel, and any third-party conversations.

The Casting Suite Contract Check

Contract Check is a general-information tool for a text-based PDF you choose to submit. It summarises apparent wording, flags questions to consider and uses source citations where PhotoPort can verify extracted PDF text. It is not legal advice, legal representation, a law-firm service, contract approval, a statement that a contract is valid or enforceable, or a statement that it is safe to sign. Use a qualified lawyer for legal advice or a decision about a contract.

You must have authority to provide every document you submit. The original PDF is held in non-public PhotoPort service storage. PhotoPort extracts readable text and sends that text to OpenAI, our AI service provider, to generate the requested result; the original PDF is not sent as an AI attachment. Image uploads, scanned/image-only PDFs and DOCX are not currently accepted because PhotoPort cannot source-ground their text reliably.

By selecting the Contract Check acknowledgement before upload, you confirm that you have authority to provide the document and understand this processing, the general-information limitation, and the retention/deletion information in the Privacy Notices. You can delete a saved check; PhotoPort also deletes or queues deletion of its files when the account is deleted, subject to the limited retention described in those notices.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must give accurate account, contact, age, guardian, payment, and profile information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login and email account secure.
  • You must not create accounts using someone else's identity or photos without permission.
  • Each person may hold one genuine PhotoPort account. You must not create extra accounts, use email aliases, conceal your connection, or reuse another person's photos to bypass account limits.
  • PhotoPort is not intended for children under 13.
  • Customers under 18 must use PhotoPort with parent or guardian involvement.
  • We may pause, refuse, or close accounts where we believe there is abuse, fraud, unsafe content, misuse, or a legal risk.

Photos you upload

You must only upload photos that you have the right to use. The photos should show the person the account is for, should not include people who have not consented, and must not include nudity, sexual content, underwear or revealing swimwear shots, illegal content, private documents other than a contract PDF you submit to Contract Check with authority, violence, hate, or anything designed to mislead, harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.

You give PhotoPort permission to use your uploaded photos, profile details, and choices only as needed to provide and support the service, create your PhotoPort results, process retakes or removals, secure the portal, and keep business records. Our use of your personal data is explained in the Privacy Notices.

Generated photos and permitted use

PhotoPort results are personalised digital outputs. You may use your generated photos for personal portfolio use, modelling or casting outreach, social media, personal branding, and related self-promotion, provided you follow these Terms and the law.

You must not use PhotoPort outputs for unlawful activity, scams, fake identity documents, adult or sexual services, political advertising, regulated professional claims, harassment, impersonation, or to suggest that a brand, agency, person, or organisation endorses you when they do not. You must not resell PhotoPort as a competing image-generation service or remove PhotoPort watermarks where a feature is intentionally watermarked.

Products, payments, and memberships

Current prices, product contents, and payment routes are shown at checkout and on the plans page. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may vary by location or payment method. Card details are handled by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. PhotoPort does not store your full card number.

Model Launch is a one-time purchase. Its current checkout includes 20 image credits, four replacement images available during the 14 days after purchase, full-resolution downloads, a model profile, a public portfolio, a five-image Comp Card and a personal launch plan.

The Casting Suite becomes available as an optional paid add-on once you have purchased Model Launch, at $9.99 per week. It does not become a paid subscription unless you explicitly choose the Casting Suite checkout. Each successful weekly renewal adds ten image credits, alongside the Casting Suite tools described on the plans or billing page, including up to two completed Contract Checks in each eligible 28-day allowance period. You can manage receipts and payment methods, or cancel an active Casting Suite subscription through PhotoPort billing. Canceling the Casting Suite does not remove permanent Model Launch access you already own.

Any earlier PhotoPort purchase or scheduled payment arrangement remains subject to the payment terms accepted at its original checkout. Those records are retained for receipts, refunds, disputes, and billing support, while permanent portfolio ownership is shown in the account as Model Launch.

Cancellations, refunds, and digital work

Model Launch purchases may qualify for the 90-day Model Launch refund guarantee. To qualify, the customer must: (1) complete the required model profile; (2) complete and approve the Model Launch portfolio and five-image Comp Card; (3) complete the personal launch plan; (4) submit and record at least 10 genuine applications to suitable opportunities during the qualification period; and (5) remain an active PhotoPort member throughout the qualification period.

If the customer completes all five requirements and does not secure paid modeling work during those 90 days, they may request a refund of the $99 Model Launch payment by emailing support@photoport.us from the purchase email between day 91 and day 104 after purchase. PhotoPort may verify the account activity and application record before approving the claim. The customer keeps their 20 completed images, portfolio, and Comp Card.

Failing to complete any of the five requirements before the end of the 90-day guarantee period ends eligibility for this refund. Any optional Casting Suite continuation charges or other purchases are not refunded under the Model Launch guarantee. This guarantee is a conditional refund policy and does not promise or imply paid work, bookings, agency representation, or income.

Because PhotoPort creates personalised digital images and starts work from your uploaded photos, cancellation and refund rights can be different from a physical product. If you pay and then change your mind before production or generation work has started, contact support@photoport.us as soon as possible.

Except for the Model Launch money-back guarantee above, once you ask us to start creating personalised digital results, and once production, generation, review, retake, or fulfilment work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we agree otherwise, or where there is a genuine service fault that we cannot reasonably fix. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

If something goes wrong, contact us first. We may offer a retake, replacement, correction, account credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue, package, work already completed, and your legal rights.

Results, retakes, and availability

PhotoPort results depend on the quality, clarity, lighting, angles, clothing, and accuracy of the photos and details you provide. We do not promise that every image will be perfect, identical to a studio photoshoot, accepted by an agency, or suitable for every casting, brand, platform, or use case.

If a paid set has a clear service issue, contact support before using the outputs. Depending on the package and issue, we may review the set, suggest better starter photos, provide a retake route, correct a fault, or offer another remedy where appropriate.

We aim to keep the service available, but we may pause access for maintenance, provider issues, safety checks, payment issues, abusive use, or circumstances outside our control.

Privacy, cookies, and communications

Our Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect and how it is used. The Cookie Policy explains essential security cookies, server-side checkout and support records, and optional analytics. You can opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message, and opt out of marketing or reminder SMS using the opt-out route shown in the message, or by contacting support.

Deleting or closing an account

To request deletion of your PhotoPort account, email support@photoport.us from the email address on the account. After we verify the request, an authorised PhotoPort administrator completes the deletion. Customers cannot delete accounts directly from the portal. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data we no longer need, but we may keep limited records where needed for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, support, security, or backup reasons.

Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that, including liability for fraud or for mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, PhotoPort is not responsible for lost opportunities, lost income, reputational harm, agency decisions, casting decisions, platform decisions, indirect losses, or issues caused by inaccurate information, unsuitable uploads, third-party services, or misuse of the outputs.

Law, changes, and contact

Applicable United States federal and state laws apply to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your state.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, payment routes, or product features change. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. For questions, refunds, complaints, privacy requests, or support, email support@photoport.us.
